What is concret?
Concrete is a mixture of cement, water, sand, and stone. Cement and water form a paste that binds sand and stone together to harden them.
In its fresh state, it is a plastic and workable mixture that can achieve the shapes and textures desired by the manufacturer and then begin its hardening process.

S-10 Laser Screed
This equipment triples the capacity to build high-performance industrial flooring in both flatness and leveling.

The S-10 Laser Screed optimizes the delivery processes of construction projects. This innovative equipment has the possibility of leveling an area equivalent to almost three fields of the National Stadium of Costa Rica in just seven days.
SCROMMEL: Mix Reclaimer
This novel machinery makes it possible to recover the equivalent of 400 m3 (14,126 ft3) of aggregates per month, which is equal to the preparation of enough concrete to load 25 mixers with 8 m3 (282 ft3) each.
The mix reclaimer uses recirculating water to wash both the exterior and interior of AMCO's fleet of mixers. Through a simple centrifugation process, it cleans, separates, and classifies sand and stone to be used again.
In this way, it significantly reduces waste and the impact that waste -without proper treatment- could have on the environment, confirming the company's commitment to optimizing resources.
Mobile Plant
AMCO's mobile plant offers the possibility of bringing concrete to projects inside and outside the Greater Metropolitan Area.
This machine, manufactured in the United States, has the capacity to load 8 m3 (282 ft3) of concrete every 5 minutes with high precision, the equivalent of 96 m3 per hour.
It handles 3 different types of aggregates at the same time and has a COMMAND ALKON computerized loading system, which guarantees homogeneity when loading the already optimized designs.
